Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of LaunchSync.

For questions about how this policy applies to your account, email legal@launchsync.website. This page is informational and not legal advice.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LaunchSync you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using LaunchSync on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account registration

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access at support@launchsync.website.

Workspace responsibility

If you invite collaborators into a workspace, you are responsible for the conduct of users in that workspace and for ensuring that any data added is data your team is authorized to use.

Acceptable use

Your use of LaunchSync is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits spam, deceptive marketing, abuse, and unauthorized data uploads.

User content and launch data

You retain ownership of the content and launch data you submit. You grant LaunchSync a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to deliver the service to you and your workspace.

AI-generated assistance and human review

LaunchSync uses AI to draft messaging, suggest plans, and assist with launch tasks. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your context. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing, sending, or relying on it.

No automatic publishing promise

LaunchSync keeps human approval at the center of launch execution. Unless an integration is explicitly configured and confirmed by you, LaunchSync will not automatically publish, send, or post content on your behalf.

Trust & security

Security and compliance status

LaunchSync operates under SOC 2 Type I compliant controls. The audit was completed in March 2026 and covers the cloud production environment and data handling policies.

  • AES-256 encryption at rest.
  • TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.
  • 30-day soft-delete window and JSON export portability.
  • RBAC roles: Admin, Editor, Viewer.
  • Google Workspace SSO; MFA mandatory for Admin roles.
  • Immutable audit logs for status changes from Draft to Approved.
  • Subprocessors: AWS, OpenAI API Zero Data Retention tier, Stripe.

Model policy

User data is not used to train global LLMs. Workspace context is siloed through vector database isolation.

Human boundary

AI output stays in Draft status until a verified user clicks Approve and Ship. LaunchSync does not trigger external emails, posts, or API actions without manual approval.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans renew on the cadence selected at checkout (monthly or annual) and are charged in advance. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled before the next billing cycle. New paid subscriptions may request a refund within 14 days if the workspace has not been used for a completed launch. Annual plans may be refunded within 30 days of purchase on a prorated basis unless a custom agreement states otherwise. See our Refund Policy for details.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Cancellation flows will be available once billing is connected.

Service availability

We work to keep LaunchSync available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, and unforeseen incidents may cause downtime.

Disclaimers

LaunchSync is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchSync will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if you have not made any payment.

Termination

You may stop using LaunchSync and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, security risk, or where required by law.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email before they take effect.
